    facelessly.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps users create and publish video content for social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram Reels. Our service includes AI-assisted video generation, a media library, post scheduling, and analytics for content published through our platform.

    3. User Responsibilities

    • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • • You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • • You will not use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
    • • You are responsible for all content created and published using our platform
    • • You may only publish content that you own or have the rights to distribute
    • • You will not upload or publish content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party

    4. Third-Party Platform API Usage and Compliance

    Facelessly integrates with third-party social media platforms including Meta (Instagram) and TikTok via their respective developer APIs. By connecting a third-party social account, you agree to the following:

    • • Authorization: You authorize Facelessly to act on your behalf to publish content, retrieve account information, and access analytics for content posted through our platform, using the permissions you grant during the OAuth connection flow.
    • • Platform Terms Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms of service and platform policies of any connected third-party platform, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and TikTok's Terms of Service.
    • • Permitted Use Only: You will not use Facelessly's platform integration features to scrape data, send spam, conduct unauthorized automation, or perform any action that violates the policies of the connected third-party platform.
    • • Accurate Account Ownership: You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
    • • Revocation: You may disconnect any connected social account at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting will immediately revoke Facelessly's ability to publish or retrieve data on behalf of that account.

    Facelessly is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok Inc.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Content created using facelessly.ai belongs to you, subject to the rights of any third-party materials used in the creation process. By using our platform to publish content to third-party social media platforms, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute that content on those platforms.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    facelessly.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including any damages resulting from content published to third-party platforms, account suspension by third-party platforms, or disruptions to third-party API availability.

    7. Refund Policy

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

    To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@facelessly.ai with your account details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    Refunds are only available for subscription fees and do not include any third-party service costs or usage-based charges that may have been incurred.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of connected social platform integrations, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Facelessly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
